The Social Sciences Department is hosting a video contest. All Seminole State College students are invited to participate. The purpose of the contest is to promote and reward excellence in student research and inquiry into the social sciences: history, political science, sociology, psychology, anthropology and economics. The contest is designed to increase student interest in the social sciences and encourage a greater appreciation for this subject area and the important role the social science disciplines play in understanding both the individual and society.
