Analysis: The reopening of the campus libraries in the Fall 2020 term led to a more "traditional" distribution of informational questions, although more than 20% of the questions were addressed online, largely due to retaining the practice -- started during the pandemic -- of having campus library Coordinators and Library Technical Assistants monitor chat alongside a librarian during operating hours.
