While Canvas was the top service point, just like the previous year, a more detailed analysis of Canvas questions revealed that over 78% of those questions were recorded by one librarian, who is very proactive with student outreach. Another key point to focus on is that a good number of students took advantage of the library's decision to have a librarian available on Sunday.
