User Satisfaction -- Rate Your Experience Survey
Metric: The “Rate Your Student Experience” survey measures satisfaction with a wide range of student services and departments. Scores are based on a 4-point GPA-style scale, with students assigning a letter grade of A, B, C, D, or F to each of 22 different college services or departments. Here are the grades for the libraries for the three "A" terms during this past four years:
