Thanks to the CareerSource Central Florida Academic Explorers and our SSC Students, we got some great answers to the following question:
"Do you think that arguing over politics is bad for our country?"
I think it is harmful to our country because most of the time the arguments get very heated and I think politics are something you should think about by yourself, so you don't get influenced by other people's opinions. There's better things to talk about.

Arguing over politics is not bad for our country. The reason I think is cause we need to argue about what is right or just in our country. There is alot of things our leaders don't talk about. We need those people to argue and speak up on the problems that they don't mention.

No! Arguing is really fun and you get to know people's true colors! ARGUE MORE!

I think fighting over politics is bad because it makes people argue and start to dislike each other, and some families split over them.

There is a difference between arguing and discussing. I believe arguing is not beneficial, however discussing is necessary to determine the best courses of action.

Yes, because the two sides basically say the same thing but in different words and that gets the nation divided into two sides over who's going to help the nation out more.

No, I don't because arguing is a good way to judge the country and to know which side is wrong or right from the point of view.

Yes, it is bad cause people are mean, rude and nasty to America and our country.

Arguing over politics for the country is good because it would fix the country and make it better.

Arguing is bad for the country because if we don't work together then we won't be united and won't agree on anything.

I think that fighting in this country is bad because people could get hurt. There are a ton of people getting hurt and they should not hurt each other.

No because as the people we have a right to argue for what's right.

Arguing is okay as long as it is not combative or vindictive!
