Room Reservations

COVID-19 Closure

The Library is operating online/virtually during the COVID-19 campus closures.

Please use our Library Virtual Mode Guide for updated access to resources and assistance.

Current Seminole State and UCF students, faculty and staff can reserve library study rooms in two hour blocks, for up to a total of four hours per day.

After placing a reservation, visit the Information Services Desk at the campus library to check out a study room key at the reserved time. You will need to provide your Seminole State or UCF ID to check out a key. Whiteboard markers and erasers are available for checkout at the Information Services Desk.

Rooms will be held 15 minutes past the reserved time, after which the reservation will be forfeited.  A late fine of $2 per hour will be assessed for study room keys returned more than 10 minutes past the expiration time.  If you are reserving rooms beyond the original two hour block, please inform the staff at the Information Services Desk to avoid incurring fines.

Room reservations may be canceled by using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you receive. If you do not have the email, you may always call your campus library to cancel your reservation.
