Room Reservations

Policies

Current Seminole State and UCF students, faculty and staff can reserve library study rooms in two hour blocks, for up to a total of four hours per day.

Use by Outside Entities:  If you are not affiliated with Seminole State, you may request the use of a library study room, subject to minimum time and fee rates, as described on this page (https://www.seminolestate.edu/auxiliaries/facilities).

After placing a reservation, visit the Information Services Desk at the campus library to check out a study room key at the reserved time. You will need to provide your Seminole State or UCF ID to check out a key. Whiteboard markers and erasers are available for checkout at the Information Services Desk. Rooms will be held 15 minutes past the reserved time, after which the reservation will be forfeited.

Room reservations may be canceled by using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you receive. If you do not have the email, you may always call your campus library to cancel your reservation.
