Actions taken to date
- Conducted a survey of staff and student workers on individual strengths and interests for professional devlopment.
- Continued to have new employees take DiSC assessment.
- Holding a conversation on shared governance in libraries with all staff and student workers in December 2021.
- Planning to engage all employees in review and further development of library strategic plan in Spring 2022.
