How to Access the Laptop Agreement Form – Seminole State Library

Before borrowing a laptop, students must complete the Laptop Loan Agreement Form. Here’s how to access it:

  1. Visit a Library Computer:

    • The form is available from any computer at the Seminole State College Library.

  2. Open a Web Browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended).

  3. Go to the Library’s Laptop Loan Agreement Page:

    • Type or paste this URL into the browser:
       

  4. Log in with Your MySeminoleState Credentials.

  5. Fill Out the Form:

    • Carefully review the loan terms.

    • Make sure your information is accurate.

  6. Submit the Form Electronically.

  7. Check In with the Front Desk:

    • Once submitted, notify a library staff member.

    • They’ll verify your form and prepare the laptop for checkout.
