Interlibrary Loan (ILL ) is a service that allows Seminole State students, faculty, and staff to borrow books, articles, and other resources from other libraries when they aren't available in the college library. It's a convenient way to access materials needed for academic and research purposes.

Tips:
UBorrow is a statewide service that allows library users to request books directly from other colleges and universities within Florida. It is a service accessible directly through our library search engine, Primo.
To find materials that may be available through UBorrow, first use the Advanced Search option:

Then, select Statewide Catalog to search across all colleges and universities:

Then, run your search as normal. The results that are displayed will show books that at least one library is willing to loan. Click the option labeled Check for available services to begin a request:

If you have not already signed in to the SSC Library, you will be prompted to sign in before you can begin your request:

You will then see the option to Request from other libraries:

The only thing the patron will need to do is select the campus where they would like to pick the book up - everything else should automatically populate:

After that, the form is able to be submitted and that will send the request to the libraries that own the item:
